1. Develop a system to organize information.
  2. Keep proper files - Try keeping a file box. Keep all your ideas for field trips, handouts, catalogs in files. 
  3. Create a file folder for each girl - All items and correspondences to go home can be filed; one copy in each girl’s folder. You can make it the girl’s or their parents’ responsibility to check her folder at the end of the meeting for stuff to go home.
